History:
The constellation was also called Astrea (daughter of Zeus and Temis), goddess of justice. When finished the epoch of gold, Astrea being challenged by the men returned upset to the celestial space. According to the Greeks, the constellation represents the goddess Demeter, to be the months of September and October the crop season or of gathering which was sowed.
